Current Schedule

If you are a musician that is looking for a venue to perform at, then please read the following information:

We are a private home and we host a limited amount of concerts per year.  All performers are Professional National Touring Acts and have at least one CD released.  Our seasons are planned beginning in July and usually are booked by October for the following year (ie: July 07 and completed by Oct. 07 for 08).  We will accept press packets and CD' for consideration but prefer live.  However we do not accept partial mp3,s or website incomplete mpegs, songs for consideration.

Pets:

We have two dogs and one cat.  The cat is strictly indoors and the dogs are also in the house off and on.  Please keep this in mind if you have allergies.

Overnight Accommodations:

We have an extra room and one Queen and one Full size Euro inflatable normal height beds.  One will fit in the extra room and the other can be set up in the living room.  We are willing to accommodate for up to two nights only.  Any special diets will be provided by the person(s) requiring them.

For Booking Agents and Performers:

We make no monetary guarantee for any performer.  All donations that are received do go directly to the performers as do their CD's sales.  Our home holds up to 50 persons and attendance may vary.  We do have an outside concrete stage that is capable of holding up to 5 members but this is limited to :

• Late Spring through late summer (usually 2-3 shows)
• Performers who can draw 75-150 guests
• We have an 8 channel Carvin 800 watt mixer, 2 three way 15" speakers with stands and 2 mics.  We do not provide a sound person so all mixing must be done by performer(s).  If a sound person is needed, performer(s) will provide at their expense.  If additional mics, stands, and monitors are required they will be provided by the performer(s) at their expense.
• Any special advertising will be provided by the Agent or Performer ( again this is a home and we make no profit for doing these)
